Mission & Goals LLU is a Community Education Association that provides education opportunities exclusively for faith-based 501c3 non-profit tax-exempt businesses, churches/ministries, grassroots organizations, and special healthcare service providers. Our education options range from beginner to advanced topics including community association operations, how to lead and manage people with excellence, and how to avoid costly mistakes. Some of our education programs lead to professional designations.  The Service Enrichment Institute is considered as a Center for Leadership Excellence. The primary mission is to offer a broad spectrum of service excellence educational enrichment programs for non-profit 501c3 and/or faith-based ministries, businesses, or grassroots organizations.  Without a doubt, we are way late in providing service learning educational opportunities to the Body of Christ and communities at large internationally that demonstrates a spirit of service excellence. We do not have to look far to see the lack of service excellence in leadership, while social and economic deficiencies is so prevalent among the Body of Christ, families, and communities. Widespread community poverty may be as close as our backyards, within walking distance of our homes, churches, businesses, or just on the other side of town.  Our mission is to strive for excellence of workmanship, Christ-like characteristics, and Spiritual wholeness; encourage and empower the lost and hurting, while enhancing and strengthening our services through and to the glory of God.   I Corinthians 10:31. Our goals are to spiritually equip, empower, and instill love-centered leadership with demonstration of integrity and compassion for others. We believe in, demonstrate, and deliver the uncompromising Word of God, for accountable leadership to instill a servant’s heart that pleases and gives God glory. In doing so, we offer various certified community education credits (CEC-Certificates) in leadership excellence education programs and trainings locally and internationally at various service provider sites, and through classroom study, conferences, trainings, and/or workshops for leadership development and growth. We also provide a Service Enrichment Presenter Certification which is exclusively for individuals who offer non-credit certificate learning activities such as church or ministry Christian education classes, secular or faith-based workshops, conferences, trainings etc., offered by highly qualified, and/or credentialed educators of higher education who meet the important educational needs of many audiences.  Most importantly, our goal is to transition leaders from the “Church Age” to the “Kingdom Age” to become kingdom/servant-minded leaders. Welcome & Thank You for choosing our Service Enrichment Institute.
